PRODUCT PROCESSING PROCESS
After negotiation with the customer, we prepare to launch a new project.First, If the customer has the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, and special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.After, If the customer has no drawing, but has a sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. After equipment or fence making, we will test the fence, if the mold is fence. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are of good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
